Pitiful

This would be a very useful app if it worked even 75% of the time. However it only works about 50% of the time, if that. The other times, you just get “ERROR”.

Great When Available

The app is well-designed and very helpful from a user perspective… when functioning… but the app is proven subject to frequent, complete interruptions of unclear origin. It regularly and unpredictably goes offline so is overall unreliable and I hope they can fix that!

Broken

This app is hit or miss. Mostly miss. It often times won’t even open on my phone.

App is not working.

Can’t get i fo on when it will be fixed.

Bugs

App won’t even open. Not able to check the status of bus routes.

It’s okay

It’s okay by far in comparison to other cities local transit providers and services. My only thing is why aren’t we able to purchase tickets/passes through the app instead of being forced to either have cash or to buy a pass at the terminal.

Unintentionally perfect representation of LA govt competence

This app is completely useless (as of 3/30/22) and there are only two potential explanations:

1. Supervisors are incapable of effectively managing any/all app oversight

2. Admins are entirely unaware or unconcerned about how grossly ineffective they are at their job.

Utterly useless

Won’t even launch. Did anyone test this trash? How hard can it be to get an app to run?

Error -1202

This is a really bad app

Take notes from RTA

App crashes too much if it even opens.
To inconsistent to be reliable

Trash

City is so trash dealing with public services
