What is JET Ride?

JET Ride is a mobile application designed to facilitate micro-mobility by allowing users to rent electric scooters. It helps you find nearby scooters, scan them to unlock, select a tariff, and begin your journey quickly and efficiently.

How do I rent a scooter with JET Ride?

To rent a scooter, first download and install the app, then register and link a payment card. Use the app to find the nearest JET scooter, scan the QR code on its handlebars, choose your desired tariff, and start your ride.

Is JET Ride free to use?

The JET Ride application itself is free to download and use. You will be charged based on the selected tariff for your scooter rental, which is processed through the payment card you link during registration.
