Needs landscape mode!
I love it!!! I’d love it way more if there was a landscape mode. For an app that has so much going for it, I’m surprised this wasn’t already implemented.
Ads don’t stop popping up
I’ve purchased the app to stop ads and they still pop up.
Good player missing some Very basic features that other players have and an unresponsive dev team
This is a solid player with a decdnt feature set - crossfade / ReplayGain / gapless / network support.
However there is no automatic advance to the next folder once all files in a folder have been played.
There is also no resume playback from a point inside a file when the player is restarted.
I’ve emailed support repeatedly over time but have never received a reply or even an acknowledgement. Let’s call a spade a spade::

Хороший плеер для прослушивания музыки. После обновления треки не воспроизводятся по порядку. Надеюсь на исправление ошибки.

Crashes often
Crashes all the time at the end of a song/album. Otherwise, adore this app. Have purchased the upgrade.

Отличный плеер, купил его полностью, но разочаровался отсутствием компрессора в звуковых эффектах, добавьте пожалуйста, а то без него при использовании эквалайзера любые колонки или наушники рвет звук просто

Freaky ads won’t let you try the product.
Ugly ads started threatening that my phone is infected by some porn site and I need to download immediately some soft to cure it. Removed the app not even finished listening to a song.
Still can't really recommend it.
Features that are missing that are essential:
- Import and Export playlist.
Lack of importing and exporting playlists indicates a lack of faith in your own product. You want to lock users down to your ecosystem because you don't want to compete with other music players. Ironically, this makes your product less competitive with other music players.
- Cannot remove options from the side menu, such as Artists, Composers, Podcasts, Network / Cloud
If a user does not use these, then they should not have to see them or have them get in their way. Simple as.
Insane UI choices:
- Filenames are given priority in the visual hierarchy over track names from metadata.
Filenames are in bigger font and bolded. Track names are in little gray subtext. I really should not need to explain why this is bad UI design.
- In the 3 dot menu, "Clear Playlist" is right under "Add to Playlist". It is the same color. There is no confirmation dialogue.
Make it red and put it at the bottom, and add a confirmation pop-up. Again, I really should not need to explain why.
Make the changes to your app and I will buy it. Don't, and I won't, and a bunch of other people won't either.

Can you increase playback speed? like1.35x, 1.5x, or custom speeds
Unable to transfer via WiFi
When try to transfer via WiFi, it provide a web address but when you to connect to the web address it tell you the site cannot be reached
Best Local Music Player out there!
Over the past few years I got cought up into the audiophile nonsense and tried various apps and cans, iems, daps etc trying to get a fun music listening experience only to be left disappointed because no matter what hardware or software and eq I tried, things never sounded fun and engaging. And then, having tried every app I could find, I came across this one and I have to say, the DSPs it has really make a huge difference… I can finally get my wired and wireless cans and earbuds to sound fun and I am enjoying music a lot more now so thanks to the developers of jetaudio for what I think is a gem of an app 👍

Extremely poor UI; unusable as of April 2026
Outdated legacy app with extremely poor UI. Great 1999 BBE EQ adjustments but it’s useless due to the apps inability to effectively catalogue music. Music only appears under “folders” and will not appear under other categories i.e. albums/Artists

A friend of mine was completely baffled as to why my iPhone 11 could sound astonishingly better than his iPhone 17 when connected to his own sound system until I explained to him about this app, didn’t take him long to install it…

Using for years
I have been using this app for years. It is super vs the alternatives if you have offline files. I use it on my boat and it enhances the music level tremendously. So flexible to adapt especially with the the add on that you pay for.

New update fixed CarPlay issues
Finally got the update and now jetAudio finally works again on CarPlay and gave 5 stars again because besides that, it’s always been great
