I was skeptical but thought I would give it a try. I fly almost every week for business and leisure. It has more than paid for itself!

Qu’est ce qui se passe si jamais le prix du billet du billet ne descend pas ? J’aurais payer 100 $ pour rien? et tout le monde ne voyage pas tous les jours et si, à chaque fois qu’on fait cette action, le prix des billets ne descendent jamais et qu’on a jamais de retour sur l’argent? Jusque-là on a encore vu personne utiliser l’application et avoir des retours.

This really works. My first flight $100 back. Totally worth it!
Definitely worth it
Took a week but already paid for itself! Very cool. Wish you could also just send airline and confirmation number instead of forwarding email if someone else booked for you.
Be extremely careful
The app started asking for log in and passwords and access to the airline accounts. Said special reasons. For example JetBlue it wanted to change the text info to a special number. If I could get a refund I would. Take your chance but I would find another way to save money. This app seems like a massive security issue.

I was a bit skeptical, but I travel a lot for work and decided to give it a try. As soon as I signed up I sent 3 flights in and within 24 hours I had about $100 back on one of the flights. A couple days later the same flight have me another $150 back for a total of $250 for on flight. I verified that nothing changed in terms of flight details and the credit is in my account with the airline. Wow!

Waste of money
I have tracked over 12 flights in the last 4 months and received zero savings. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT HELPFUL AND ACTS HELPLESS GUIDES YOU TO APPLE SUPORT MY GUESS IS BY THIS TIME NEXT YEAR THIS APP WILL NO LONGER EXIST

I really wanted this to work…
I guess this app just isn’t for everyone, but I really wanted it to work.
I tracked 3 separate trips using the app, and nothing happened. With my current trip, I got companion pass with Southwest. JetBack wants me to unlink my companion to keep tracking through their app. That makes zero sense. The companion has nothing to do with the price.
So I’m requesting a refund and deleting the app. That’s too bad.

Just get it
I was obviously skeptical, but a friend recommended the app, and it’s amazing. It’s already paid for itself in credits (and even got me back miles/points)! Awesome customer service too. The app missed a lower flight price due to a bug, and they gave me a gift card instead. Love it!
