App doesn't work
I don't understand how the app that is supposed to control my router will not let me log in. I can log in from a web page, but the app itself will not let me login to check my router info

This app is 100% junk. You can set up your device but anything else will not work! Try to turn off the 5gkz bands and you have to set up your router again via the IP address even though I left the 2.4 ghz band on. JUNK
Jet stream App
The Jetstream Ac3000 using this app to connect was a breeze! It took me no time at all. I struggled to connect Orbi for two days. I never got it to work. This was as easy as plug and setup using the app for added security. You can name your WiFi and change passwords as you like. The app will show you how many people are on. One request is the ability to remove an individual off or possibly turn off internet for an individual. But other than that I don’t quite understand the other stuff. I feel the network is secure, and WiFi speeds are superior to anyone using a regular router!

I cannot get the app to redownload after it would not open I am regretting buying the entire system now because it is junk!
