About

Most jet lag apps give you a schedule. JetSync shows you the clock it's moving. Every protocol is computed from circadian phase-response curves, the same model used in chronobiology labs, and calibrated to your chronotype, your direction of travel, and the real hour-by-hour offset between your body and your destination. You see it as a phase curve: your internal clock, the target, and how far apart they are today. IT EXPLAINS ITSELF Flying far enough east that advancing your clock would take two weeks? JetSync tells you it's delaying instead, and why. Crossing a daylight-saving change mid-trip? It's already in the math. Every plan comes with a "Why this plan" card showing the decision and the research behind it. BUILT ON PEER-REVIEWED RESEARCH • Eastman & Burgess (2009): direction-specific light and melatonin timing • Burgess, Revell, et al. (2010): 0.5 mg melatonin as chronobiotic, not sedative • Borbély (1982): the two-process model behind every recovery protocol • Lockley, Brainard & Czeisler (2003): blue light as the primary circadian reset signal • Hayashi, Masuda & Hori (2003): the coffee-nap mechanism for acute sleep loss ...and four more, cited inside the app. TWO MODES, ONE ENGINE Travel: 2 to 4 prep days before departure with timed light, melatonin, and caffeine windows, or Emergency mode if you're already at the gate. Recovery: rough night, social jet lag, or a shifted weekend. A two-process protocol (wake anchoring, strategic light, a timed coffee nap) restores alertness without wrecking tonight's sleep. YOUR CHRONOTYPE CHANGES THE ANSWER A short Morningness-Eveningness questionnaire sets your baseline. Larks and owls get different anchors for the same flight, because they have different clocks. ON YOUR WRIST AND IN THE DYNAMIC ISLAND Active events show on Apple Watch and as a Live Activity. Your next anchor is visible at 35,000 feet or in a 9 a.m. meeting. OFFLINE. FREE. YOURS. Protocols compute on-device. No account, no subscription, no analytics, no internet required. Export any protocol as a PDF.
