Fuel issue
In America most fuel used for racing is either ms98 (vp) or 100. There’s no close fuel selection and I’ve emailed a number of times with no response or change.
Awesome app!
Please support VP MS98 fuel!!

This app provides optimal carburetor jetting recommendations for specific IAME kart engines based on weather conditions and engine configuration. It offers fine-tuning adjustments, fuel mix calculations, and a history of configurations.
1.8

• Added new feature: get weather (temperature, pressure, humidity) via Bluetooth using weather stations: Kestrel DROP, Kestrel 5x00, WeatherFlow WEATHERmeter, Skywatch BL • Added new feature: added the ability to calibrate the barometer built into your phone or tablet (go to the “Settings“ tab, then “Measurement units“) • Added new feature: added various utilities (unit converters) (go to the “Settings“ tab, then “Utils“) • We have improved our weather calculator significantly. Now you can manually select which type of atmospheric pressure you are working with (for example if you use portable barometers, weather stations): - sea level pressure QNH - sea level pressure QFF - station pressure (barometric pressure) • On the results tab, click on the drop-down menu 'Weather (AirLab)', new data for tuners are available: Air Density, Relative Air Density, Density Altitude, Station Pressure, SAE - Dyno Correction Factor, SAE - Relative Horsepower, Volumetric Content Of Oxygen, Oxygen Pressure • Improved functionality for the feature 'Weather for custom location'. We added a search bar where you can enter the location name. Search places easier and faster now • We added new fuels, this is gasoline with ethanol. It require a richer carburation than regular premium gasoline • Improved functionality and accuracy of fuel calculator • Bug fixes for 'share setup with friends' feature • Fixes for showing 'Carburetor icing alert', now it doesn't overlap other content • We reworked the altitude determination algorithm for the 'weather for custom location' feature. We hope that now, if you manually selected your location, the altitude will be calculated with much greater accuracy • We added the ability to leave text notes for each history in 'History' tab. To do this, open any History, enter edit mode and add a note
MoreJetting supports IAME Micro SWIFT, Mini SWIFT, Water Swift, Gazelle, M1 Bambino, and Puma engines. It is compatible with specific Tillotson carburetor models for each engine type.
Jetting can automatically obtain local weather data (temperature, altitude, humidity, pressure) from the nearest weather station via the internet. It also supports manual input of weather data or the use of a portable weather station for greater precision.
Jetting provides recommendations for high-speed screw position, low-speed screw position, pop-off pressure, optimal exhaust length, spark plug type, and optimal exhaust temperature (EGT).
Yes, Jetting includes a history feature where you can store and review all your past carburetor configurations, including your favorite settings.
Yes, you can select from various fuel types, including gasoline with or without ethanol, and specific racing fuels like VP C12, VP 110, VP MRX02, and Sunoco.
Jetting supports multiple units for temperature (ºC, ºF), altitude (meters, feet), fuel (liters, ml, gallons, oz), and pressure (mb, hPa, mmHg, inHg, atm).
Jetting is designed for users who need precise carburetor tuning for specific IAME engines. Its detailed recommendations and fine-tuning options cater to racers and mechanics seeking optimal performance.
The latest version of Jetting is 1.8, last updated on January 27, 2025. Updates typically include support for new engine models or carburetor types, and improvements to the calculation algorithms.
