Such a professional gym I was taken on a tour by Kieran and showed around all the safety aspects and the equipment the kit is first class it will be such a game changer for my training

I joined as a week member while on my holiday. I really wish we had a Jett’s gym near my home. Fabulous equipment, great range of kit and great atmosphere! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I loved the Olympic lifting class, even though I had never done it before the coach was very patient and it has definitely sparked a love of lifting! Thank you Jett’s Newquay!

Can’t get into the App
I was able to access the for a few days but now I am unable to. I have requested a change of password but the email to do this never arrives. Reporting a problem on the app leads to a page that says ‘something has gone wrong’. A Google search provides no way of contacting anyone. The website just takes you to your local gym details who don’t know how to solve the problem. I can’t think of anyway of getting this resolved other than writing a bad review. Sorry.

Fix the Reminders
I get constant reminders to do an activity even if I have already done a class or a session.

When booking gym sessions the view for today should start at slot corresponding to the next one from now, rather than midnight this morning.

Love the jetts app and the gym I go to has friendly and helpful staff,also enjoying the classes love getting badges too gives me a reason to keep going back.
