My favorite store

Jewel Osco is my favorite store to shop for fresh fruit and produce and my Açaí bowls

Frank

Easy to use. Very informative. Take care of my mom very helpful getting her what she needs.

Doesn’t work

If possible I would give it a minus one since it doesn’t load.
Jewel is going to lose a customer since I can’t get it to load for the weekly sale coupons

Every Update = More Problems

Good luck if you want to use the pharmacy in the app. Every single time I need to refill a prescription, it takes 30min to an hour just to get logged in, and click refill. Pages take forever to load, IF THEY DO AT ALL.

Good luck if you want to clip coupons in store. Just opening the app to get to the barcode scanner can take up to 5min.

I am BEGGING you all to make the app lighter and more functional. We don’t need all that much. Just functionality.

AT A MINIMUM, please setup something to communicate if the app is down. It happens so often, it’s warranted at this point.

So So App

The App works OK. The stores are not always on the same page with the app, often deals marked in the app are charged incorrectly by the stores. It’s getting a little better, but is still a nuisance.

Jewel is Stealing through inaccuracy

The Jewel app for savings is horrible. I scan the 3 pepper combo that is on sale for $2.99, the app says $5.99, the produce guy tells me they will fix it at the register. The register rang it up as $5.99. The woman came over and asked if I used the app. I told her I scanned the bar code. She then asked me if I already bought on this week. No I didn’t, she finally changed the price. In front of the registers there was a cooler said buy.1 get one free, lower price free on Dutchmade cheeses. Of course they rang up at full price $3.79. The woman used her phone and scanned the cheese and told me they weren’t on sale but she would give it to me for free? Really like I am trying to steal from Jewel the way Jewel steals from people due to the inaccurate app. What a cluster. She ruined my day. Jewels AI response below is exactly what I expected from Jewel. Nothing will change as they make a lot of money when their application and pricing are wrong at the register.

Angry shopping

The jewel app has taken away the joy of going grocery shopping, picking out fresh produce, or looking for the perfect ingredients for dinner. Now everyone walks around with their phone, not connecting to the store Wi-Fi, standing in the aisles while they try to find the item …. it makes me angry. I have to separate the items that have a coupon to the front of my cart then go stand by the windows and use 5G to get my coupons. It’s no longer nice to shop at Jewel. I buy as little as I can there. I’ll go to Mariano‘s or to Trader Joe’s and only as the last resort do I use the Jewel because it’s next to Home Depot. I’ve been a lifelong Jewel shopper and this app has actually made Jewel lose a customer!

Deals

Saves lots of money

Restricted deals

Deals that can only be downloaded once or that if already used it’s very confusing when searching for it again, then nothing is found in ideals!

Service desk says to scan the item.. but it just comes up with nothing instead of saying “ already clipped and used”

Shopping at Jewel

I enjoy using the Jewel app shopping so I know how much my sections are going cost then I can pick up or have it delivered either way I get more time for other things Don’t forget you get points to use for free items every month

Overall really easy to use

The app makes grocery shopping really easy and even getting ready to grocery shop with a list and the coupons. The only complaint I have is that when in the store it doesn’t load.

Love Jewel-Osco

Jewel-Osco has great deals, affordable prices and the app is very convenient. I save every month using the app!

The best and it’s free!

Love this app specifically for the clip it deals. Make sure you go into the deals and select “clip deal” when you go to check out and enter your phone number it will mark down the items. Great for produce. Sometimes you’ll see things that originally $3 that you can get for $1 with the coupon

Memeohmy

Memeohmy the coupons this week

Generally decent

Overall, it’s an OK app. Almost every time I go into a store I have to open the app. Let it try and load close it and open it again. I go to several Jewels and this seems to happen with each one. It’s easy enough to search and add things to your list. Some of the coupon offers aren’t that clear however.

I’m just reviewing the app here. Don’t get me started on clipping digital coupons and trying to figure out their coupon system overall.

The fact that there is this many 5 star reviews is crazy!

They don’t honor the sale adds . Bait and switch

Amazing

Wonderful

Worst app ever

This is by far the worst shopping app I’ve ever used. It’s so frustrating and unnecessarily complicated.

If you want people to shop at your stores and keep coming back, why can’t management simply offer discounts without forcing everyone to use an app?

The app is buggy, confusing, and it’s hard to find anything. Honestly, it’s gotten to the point where I don’t even want to shop at this store anymore. I’d rather go to Aldi, Walmart, or pretty much anywhere else.

At this point, I don’t even care about your stupid app-only discounts.

I’m only 33, and even I find this app difficult to use. I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for older people.

Flexible ordering and great Support!

The Jewel app is easy to use and makes grocery shopping convenient. I like that I can update my order and add items until a shopper is assigned. The substitution options are also great—you can choose preferred replacements, request no substitutions, or customize each item individually. It makes it much easier for shoppers to fulfill your order the way you want.
I've had a few occasions where my groceries weren't handled with as much care as I expected, but I appreciate that Jewel has addressed my concerns when I reported them. I also like being able to leave feedback for shoppers because it lets them know when they've done a great job handling my groceries carefully and encourages excellent service. Overall, I've had a positive experience and appreciate the convenience the app provides.
