Aisles
The Jewel app used to display the aisle number for products directly on the product page, even when I was at home. That information is now missing. I have also tried Store Mode while physically in the store, and the aisle number still does not appear. I would like to know whether this feature was removed and, if so, why, and request that the aisle location be restored.

Love my Jewel
Jewel definitely has better sales than Mariano’s and I love I can convert my points for dollars off at the checkout.
Remove digital coupons
It’s painful to search coupons. Just sell with one price. Customer loves to shop hassle free shopping.

why is there no option to remove items from the clipped items list?. if i change my mind or make a mistake, they continue to clutter the list until they expire.

AI in your app
I do not want AI in your app. I want a way to op out. Fix it ASAP!
Frustrating
App freezes and glitches out often. Rewards are constantly becoming harder to earn. Using the app is frustrating and takes much more time than necessary. It seems like Jewel is trying to inconvenience customers as much as possible before allowing them to benefit from sale prices.
Done jumping through hoops
I now frequently choose other supermarkets over my local (and more convenient) Jewel-Osco. Having to rely on the app to get the savings greatly increases my time at the store. My elderly mother can’t figure out how to use the app on her own and I’m sure she’s not the only one; so Jewel is making it more difficult for people on fixed incomes.
Then there’s the frequent times that the savings isn’t reflected on my receipt and I am told by customer service that I need to actually SCAN each item to be sure.
I contacted Jewel HQ; big surprise, they ignored my concerns. I don’t work for Jewel; and this is giving me too many tasks at the store. So, now I mostly go elsewhere.

It’s so easy to view and shop the sales. Pickup and delivery is always smooth and seamless!

The 95th and Stony Island location in Chicago is so unprofessional. The orders are never ready on time. The store always looks as if stock is not being placed or done on time in the customer service is nonexistent.

I love the discounts but it should be you don’t need to clip the items to get the discounts. Isn’t putting your number in at the checkout enough?
