I love the discounts but it should be you don’t need to clip the items to get the discounts. Isn’t putting your number in at the checkout enough?

It's extremely frustrating that when I try to add items to my orders, it won't let me switch my payment methods to the original one used for the entire order. It just continues to load so I'm stuck with either going into the store or adding money to the card that it has chosen for me. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and I hope this is fixed.

The app always glitches IN STORE!
Taking away rewards features ruined the app
I used to love the app until they took away the feature to convert points to cash automatically at checkout. Now it is pretty much useless.

Worst app ever
The app fails every single time I use it. The items are not in there. The app hangs up. You have to restart. It takes 30 to 60 seconds to find an item. The deals don’t get logged in my account. Absolutely terrible user experience.

I shop at several Jewels locations. They all clean and very well stocked. The night manager at the Homer Glen location is my favorite. So friendly and down to earth. She talks to everyone like a friend.
