They tell you your “purchase” is complete. True, it is complete to your credit card; however, you never receive your coins.

When I buy crystals they never appear!

I play this game a LOT. I had reached an level I could not surpass and moved on to other games a year or so ago. But recently I started it again and love it…. Except the mystery of where my money goes because on the occasion where I wanted to continue playing after my 5 free moves and watching an ad, I purchase crystals and it charges my account but my crystal or jewel counter stays exactly the same.
If this was solved I would most def give it a 5 star.

I love it but not working right

I really love this game. But I didn’t get credit when I bought things, and many times when I want to repeat or get more credits it just gets stuck. I’m on an iPad. I’ve rebooted, reloaded, everything I can think of. Please fix.Once again I bought a $6.99 upgrade and did not receive anything.
