When I buy crystals they never appear!
I play this game a LOT. I had reached an level I could not surpass and moved on to other games a year or so ago. But recently I started it again and love it…. Except the mystery of where my money goes because on the occasion where I wanted to continue playing after my 5 free moves and watching an ad, I purchase crystals and it charges my account but my crystal or jewel counter stays exactly the same.
If this was solved I would most def give it a 5 star.

I love it but not working right
I really love this game. But I didn’t get credit when I bought things, and many times when I want to repeat or get more credits it just gets stuck. I’m on an iPad. I’ve rebooted, reloaded, everything I can think of. Please fix.Once again I bought a $6.99 upgrade and did not receive anything.

Scammed out of funds
This game takes my money but does not deliver what I have purchased. Says purchase complete but does not add what I bought to the. Game. Very disappointed.

I’m usually a ftp player. I’ll admit, I got tired of the ads after every level. I purchased a pack to get rid of the ads. I didn’t get the rewards. I thought I messed up and purchased again, still nothing 😡😡 A really fun game, ruined by bad support. No way, in game, to report problems! 😡😡

Where did my free games go?
The gane is very addictive. The only snag so far is that I bought the pack that gave me 24 hour clock plus loads more. But about 4 hours in, the clock disappeared!

Bugs
The connection to the ads to get extra lives or jewels will not connect, thus losing hearts. Game is enjoyable regardless.

Great game except for all the long, long, waits for the ads to end. After every game the 29 second ads appear to the point I close down the game, tired of sitting and waiting instead of playing.
