Thank you!

Wowww it’s so goood, thank you so much dear developer!! Keep on going

Good app

Very good offline music player that integrates well with itunes and last fm. Also shows genres unlike apple music and no annoying cloud features.

Add artist cover art!

Please add this feature where you can add an artist cover art separately from album cover!! Thank you!!

Perfect for most people with local libraries

Jewelcase is the first seriously good attempt to bring a Poweramp-like experience to iOS and I am all for it, but QOL definitely needs to be worked on in the form of customisation options and UX - things can feel a bit janky to navigate. But honestly the only problem I actually have with Jewelcase is the Last.fm scrobbler not working.

Alot of the album arts wont appear when maximixed they do show up in tracks list

I donated whatever i could thanks

Wow

Vielen Dank an den Entwickler! Einfach spitze!

Great

Only problem I keep running into is that the cover art won’t show on some songs. Even with the art tagged in the file it won’t work. Even the “select cover art” button in the app doesn’t work.

Best local music player

It has basically every feature I could want with only a couple weird problems. It supports scrobbling and has a great UI. It doesn’t seem to play well with music that doesn’t have good metadata but other than that it is great

Smooth Sailing but More Bells and Whistles Needed

Genuinely good app. Smoothly reads metadata from a large library of .opus files, something many audio players are unable to do. Has presets for music, which could be better; nice touch though, and large range. Fetches lyrics externally after reading the music’s metadata, which is absolutely HUGE and commendable by the developer

Some features this app needs however is gapless playback and crossfeed, and quality of life things like file name/bitrate openly being visible, and preset tunings being slightly better.

Great app, would recommend to people with a large downloaded music library.

Best Free Music Player App OAT

I'm glad I found this app, I love it, hope more people find this gem of an app

Wonderful, simple option for managing music my collection

This is solidly the best app I’ve found for managing my music collection on iOS. The UI polish and overall quality are very high.

Easy to get files in and manage them through the Files app, though it would be a touch nicer if it could just pull from a folder on my iCloud Drive rather than needing to copy them to an app-specific folder on my phone.

One frustrating bug I’ve discovered: when in “repeat track” mode, clicking either the previous or next track button restarts the current track, rather than changing tracks as I would expect. I could maybe see the rationale for “previous” jumping to the beginning of the current track in this mode, but “next” should definitely skip to the next track.

Near Perfect

Just a solid and beautiful music player app. Everything makes sense. The only features I’d love is expounded smart playlist features.

The best

Nothing more to say ngl, the best app in its niche

Actually the Best Music Player

I have tried SO many music player apps, and none of them hold a candle to Jewelcase.
It looks great, feels great, and works great.
11/10

What I’ve searched for, but…

I have to say I really like this app.
The only thing I really keep noticing is that Crossfade is missing. If that is added in the future, I'd switch to Jewelcase from Foobar2k, because I like the design of Jewelcase and I can't find skins for mobile Foobar2k with this design. And things I think would be cool is being able to put a colour or an image in the background of the Home Screen. And being able to change fonts would be a nice addition too.
Good job on the app though!

Great app

I love it, I sent a tip. The only thing is it doesn’t seem to recognize my sort tags (album, artist, or album artist). I have artist sort tags enabled but they don’t show in the track info and don’t sort properly.

the BEST player

thank you so much for making this app

A hidden gem, true to its name.

I cannot believe that such a beautifully designed app is practically hidden away. Local play, privacy focused, terrific UI and useful menus galore. No hassle ay all. My heartily congratulations to the dev. This is a free app but I’d happily purchase it if I could.
