Totally wrong many times
I have 30 rings that were valued by this app on the low range at $15,000 and top range if diamonds were real at $85,000. Real value turned out to be less than $3000 for all of them and some had real diamonds.

Freezes
Very good assessment given enough information in addition to visual. Has frozen 2 times since I started using about 5 weeks ago. Had to dump all history(hundreds of entries) to get app to open again. Still best on app page that I have tried
Keeps crashing after just two identifiers
Work on first two I tried and keeps crashing on the third. Just says “Something went wrong, try again”. No where to find any support to see what is wrong. Paid for a year and now I have an app that doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your money!
Froze 1st try
Page froze completely . I added pictures , made a comment. The info page completely froze and was unable to use. It was for a trial- glad I didn’t go straight to yearly subscription. Try 2st so you don’t pay for nothing
Quick response from developer.
Good job.
Disappointed
The evaluation seems to be pretty good but no way to print information even using export feature.
Воры / thieves
Списали деньги , хотя приложение было удалено и в действующих или истекающих подписках не числилось. Отстой
Best I’ve found but…
This is the best jewelry ID app I’ve found. Does a good job if you really have no idea what you have but even so if you can’t identify hallmarks or have a precision scale, you’re not going to get responses you can trust. There’s no information on what there data set is for price estimates so that info can’t be relied on for much other than determining what’s valuable and what’s not. If it’s solds in a jewelry store or solds on eBay, those are going to return very different ranges. As a male dealer, my knowledge of what jewelry styles are called or names of gem cuts is poor, and providing that description based on photos is the key value I get out of the app. I’ve found however that a jeweler prompt in Gemini does better customized identification and price estimates for my needs.

Not as expected
Inaccurate on one piece, indeterminate on other.
Great identifier.
Love this app.
Horrible app
Not a great app at all
Amazing App
This app is amazing for identifying and appraising jewelry.
Maybe worth while
Even though it ask you to pay for subscriptions. This app lets you try it first with at least two pieces of jewelry. Meaning two pictures. It appears to give you a good ideal of what you’re looking at. I would still take your jewelry to a trusted source to be appraised. But I was pleased by the general results

Jewelry appraiser app
Love this app this thing is great. Gives you detailed pretty much everything you need about the piece
Excellent
Very well said. And it is extremely accurate and detailed about the rings
Не работает
Приложение не работает, пишет что то пошло не так, не определяет ничего
Mass produced/default?
as the artist I was surprised to see it defaults to mass produced?
Also the inability to change the descriptor that it assigns when I know it's Avalon in the picture and not Crystal or man-made acrylic that could be a compliment or an insult and it does not give an estimated value based on being made by a Native American artist. especially an artist that works in multi mediums
