Bought the jewelry identifier app cannot scan anything all I get is error so annoying waste of money

Update on my review below. Everything I had a problem with seems to have been resolved. Except being able to get the app to work at all and : Now I have created a new problem. Yes I said created - myself. The app wasn’t acting right so I followed protocol and force stopped it. That didn’t work so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Thereby losing my voluminous collection of sellable jewelry that I have been collecting/ putting together. Does anyone know if there is a way to get my collection pictures back?

Well once again every avenue I try in order to get help ends up being the wrong path. All of my valuations are in foreign currency! This has been going on for a little while. I am a patient person and thought maybe it was an everybody problem. Nope. It’s mine. May I get some help with this please?
Also we’re still showing pictures of marker tags.
As of 16 Sept. 2025: Now the app wont finish analyzing the picture. It stops at approximately 65% and gives an error message for not completing the analysis. Crud it’s not analyzing at all now. 😞
