Just Fix It
Very glitchy. Game will play a few rounds then locks up during ads between rounds. Very frustrating
What happened
I really love this game but am wondering whatever happened to the reward at the bottom of the screen? Puzzle Pass? It hasn’t updated in a long, long time & it says “get your reward every time you clear every 10th stage? I have screenshots of mine but not sure I can send them here…I was up to stage 90 & then no more…

Repair
Puzzle is not operating correctly. The boosters are not responding correctly.When there should be a multiple colored hammer there is either as a bonus none or one of the others
I wish I could give this game zero stars
I have played this game for years. Beat it more times than I can count. I played it when it only had 600 levels. I’m an OG.
That being said, the glitches are insane. I don’t get half of the power ups that I work for by getting 3 stars on every level. They just never show up. You can’t even buy any (not that I’d give you idiot designers my money after you ruined my game anyway.)
The little puff ball ruins everything. If I wanted a bomb, I’d use skill and make one. This pest on the top of my screen is hard to ignore and his bombs (that use up one of MY moves, by the way???) literally wreck my game.
I will continue to bash this game until you fix it. It used to be perfect. I would beat it and redownload it every single time. Stop fixing what isn’t broken. Give me back the old game. Stop ruining it. Please.

This game refused to give me my earned rewards each time I do double it will not give me my game rewards from watching those ads I don’t like the ads but I watch them because I need the rewards.Thanks.

Loved this game and played for couple years. All at once the game changed. Don’t enjoy anymore.
Horrible Game
Freezes up constantly when I hit “play”. Looks like from previous reviews (before this update) the new update didn’t fix anything. Takes forever to load.
Chained growing ice?
You’ve lost your minds. I’ve had issue before with your game, but I am deleting it now. Level 207 is utterly ridiculous. There is at least 60 or 70 chained pieces of ice that you have to break the chains first, then you have to break the ice. Oh I almost forgot, the ice, even tho it’s chained is growing fast. It’s a loosing battle. Coupled with the fact that you have to wait for all the pieces to stop moving before you can attack anything, and the complete lack of usable matches, it’s not a fun game. It seems like you have taken suggestions from these reviews and made the problems worse. Well you can keep your game. I also just found out all the data mining that this app participates in that you can’t opt out of. Garbage app made it seems to distract us from the fact that you harvest all this personal data that has nothing whatsoever to do with this game. I suspect that is truly where you make your money. Selling players personal data to the highest bidder.

Nothing unusual
Nothing unusual about this gave. Quite boring in fact, and another typical jewel match three with endless ads. It’s fine, nothing specific to complain about. The typical leaping cartoon girl after you win a level. I wish I could be more enthusiastic but I’ll probably delete it soon.
Keeps freezing
I have downloaded this game many times and it freezes up. Very irritating. I will not be using this app snymore.
This used to be fun
I used to enjoy this game but not anymore. I’m at level 480 and I quit. Yes, I paid along the way, but even with all my upgrades and bonuses the game is not winnable.
There are enough plays but no matches, or nothing effective. Thus a VERY long, VERY boring game. Yes it reshuffles, but with 1match and multiple reshuffles, well it just becomes a boring waste of time.
I don’t see any point to paying any more fees since the frustration level is so high. Too bad.

I was on a stage over 700 then I won and the game went from English to Japanese and when I went into settings to change back to English I lost all 700 + stages and it started over at 0. It continues to go from English to Japanese after winning a few games to several games. It’s frustrating that the game all of a sudden won’t stay in English.

Faulty bonus.
What is the deal with the bonus ???? You hit the button and it doesn’t work. It may work one time out of ten. If this doesn’t improve I will cancel the game. It’s frustrating and tiring.

Could have been fun
If this game didn’t have an ad as long (if not longer) in between EVERY single level, it could have been fun. It’s WAY to aggravating to have to wait for an ad to go away between levels.
A Few Serious Defects
(Game 310) Bombs and Missiles leave random tiles ungilded. Very poor implementation.
DO NOT PAY FOR “NO ADS”. They charge $3.95 and it only lasts about 8-10 days!
