Terrible customer support/complaint dept

I have sent several emails to the help support with a complaint since July9th regarding pop up Ads appearing continuously interfering during gameplay. Every few seconds a pop up Ad appears in the middle of the screen, stopping the game. Have to wait for the ad to disappear on its own. Obviously the help support department does NOT care about their supporters of the App. 😐😖😒

MANY ads during level

Impossible to get through a level because of CONSTANT pop up ads. I quit playing a level after 7 (SEVEN) ads popped up!!!!!!!!!!! INSANE!!!!!!!!!

Keeps freezing

I like the game a lot but it freezes and I lose my levels completed so constantly have to start over. When I first started playing, I rated it a 5. Now I feel I am being kind by giving it a 1. None of the other games I play freeze like this. Originally it didn’t start freezing til I hit the 300 levels and once I actually got to the high 400s. Then it started in the 50s and this last time I made it all the way to 5. Big woop. I’m done!
