Terrible customer support/complaint dept
I have sent several emails to the help support with a complaint since July9th regarding pop up Ads appearing continuously interfering during gameplay. Every few seconds a pop up Ad appears in the middle of the screen, stopping the game. Have to wait for the ad to disappear on its own. Obviously the help support department does NOT care about their supporters of the App. 😐😖😒

MANY ads during level
Impossible to get through a level because of CONSTANT pop up ads. I quit playing a level after 7 (SEVEN) ads popped up!!!!!!!!!!! INSANE!!!!!!!!!
Remove ad pasted over game
Can you please remove the ads pasted on top of the game so I can play. Thanks

Are there only 1000 levels? The game ends and I have all these sandbagged credits.. tell me it’s not true?
Keeps freezing
I like the game a lot but it freezes and I lose my levels completed so constantly have to start over. When I first started playing, I rated it a 5. Now I feel I am being kind by giving it a 1. None of the other games I play freeze like this. Originally it didn’t start freezing til I hit the 300 levels and once I actually got to the high 400s. Then it started in the 50s and this last time I made it all the way to 5. Big woop. I’m done!

Well y’all have done and gone change the game style from what it was before to something totally different. So very sad because I love the game as it was and had been playing for a long while now but because of the changes I will now definitely and completely delete it

The colored jewels make it visually pleasing me if I have the need for something else, I still can’t go back to it.

It’s a little challenging but not so much so that it causes frustration. It’s relaxing actually, just to get away from chaos.
Too many ads that prevent playing
Worst game ever! Too many ads. To get started watch an ad, to save coins from first game played, watch an ad! I deleted game after one game, too many ads!

Used to be a 5 star awesome game
Now, it has so many ads that it’s not worth playing. More ads than game time. Give us some game time again.
My Favorite Match-3
I am on my fourth time though this game. The first time through, I played to level 900. Since then, I usually stop at 650, since it gets super hard after that. But I love this one more than any other Match-3 that I have played.

I love this game I got to level 156 and the add froze and the only way out was to delete the game and reload it, up to level 35 now fingers crossed

When it had no ads it was great but now you’re forced to watch unending ads.More ads than game time. Not fun anymore.

Makes you think and it’s not so difficult that it causes frustration. No adds is the best, (they’re so annoying) but not in this game. It’s the BEST!!!
Excellent, relaxing, beautiful graphics
You have created a really good game. I VERY much appreciate that the designers leave it alone and do not try to “improve” the play, because everyone knows that improvements are just another word for trying to fix something that should have been thought out ahead of time. I find the graphics bright and fun. Yes,ads are annoying but part of getting to play the game. When a seriously aggressive advert comes up (Royal Match, you know who you are) I simply exit the game and come back in. There are lots of Match 3 games…for me, this one is a class act. Thanks to your excellent developers.
