Crashing ads
This game is ripping off their players. It’s one thing to have an ad crash every now and then, but this game is crashing ads up to 8-10 times a day. This is very unfair to paying players. They are responsible for running these ads, but make excuses for the crashing. They refuse to pull these multiple X out ads and put it on the players to try to work around it and getting clipped for more money every time. They say they can’t control these ads. They make no effort to stop this. I’ve complained many times and they ignore your complete frustration and loss of money. They don’t care. Maybe because it’s a Korean game, I don’t know, but it seems that these games should be protected from this obvious rip off!

I really enjoyed the game but there are levels that are impossible to win without purchasing boosters. I realize that’s how money is made but some of us can’t afford to spend money on games.

Gameplay is great but adds lick you out of the game. I get an icky feeling it is a scam to trick into clicking on adds by locking you out of the game.
Ad freezes
This game is a ripoff! Every other level there are ad crashes. They say they don’t control the ads, but then who does control their ads? Constant crashes where you have to exit the whole game play and start over. This is unfair to players. We have no recourse but to put up with it and hope you can get to the next level! They want your money every time you turn around. But, if you spend anything, you lose it all because the ads crash! I refuse to spend money on a game that doesn’t work. They tried to blame my iPad! They refuse to pull these ads, and even give you more long crashing ads to sit through. If they can’t control advertising, they shouldn’t be offering this game in the App Store.

No extra moves.
Have always loved the game but now can’t really be bothered because I’m constantly having to restart because the bonus ad has no exit, therefore, no extra moves. I am constantly losing the rewards I have built up and it is really frustrating because it becomes a complete waste of time when you lose everything and have to start over.

This game was fun. It’s one thing to show ads in between levels but this game pastes an ad over top the game making it impossible to play. Really not a good customer experience. It only has 1,000 levels. The ad fee is not worth it for a few weeks of enjoyment. If the owners of this app actually read the reviews please remove the advertisement block on the game. Otherwise I’ll delete it and never download another game owned by the company
