Great game!
Very nice and entertaining game. Definitely I recommend it. Deserves more than five stars.
Not a fan of recent update.
I have been enjoying this game for quite a while but the last few updates have been making it more difficult to play this game. My resources for special events have been hidden my quests are now in a secondary tab. I admit I do like the bonuses but I am guessing that is temporary so we can pay for it when you get enough people hooked.

Frustrated
I have played this game for quite some time and in the past it had been one of my favorites, however the changes made to the game have slowly caused me to lose interest. The level of difficulty in completing levels including the Bandits has increased significantly to the point that going any further is literally impossible. There is no longer a chance of winning without constantly having to purchase diamonds to hopefully advance the next level. Many of my friends have discontinued playing as well. If you want to keep your fan base going then I suggest you reevaluate how you have structured this game. Won’t be long before even I stop playing.

Not fun anymore
It was fun at first but after you get to level 125 it becomes so hard that it is just impossible to win without spending tools or Crystal, just sucks the fun out of it. Also, too many ads, whether you spend money or not

Speedy delivery has now become impossible to complete in 3 days since they changed it to 80. Also the bakery I have been trying to solve for a month and cannot do it. Refuse to use 100 jewels to do so.

Fun but pricey
I have played this game for years. I enjoy the stories but agree with others that it is VERY EXPENSIVE to continue to play. The developers are stingy with their rewards and they keep repeating special events which I only want to
play once. I'm currently deciding if I want to continue playing or quit and find another challenge.

This game make my progress futile. It returns back me again again to achieved level. My goodness! Some times it does not open. I could not know how to handle the situation. Just love all the graphics these team members come up with for all seasons the snow falling is magical it’s like you feel you are right there with the townspeople just live the g5 games

Unable to continue with game.
I have played this game for a longtime. It is one of my favorites. Due to the new update I can no longer play. Please fix this.
Game not working
I just did the latest update. The game gets stuck after I get the Glory Chest. Game won’t progress/open!
