Worst app (and trainer) ever

This guy stayed in 2002. Focuses on models and skinny girls. Nobody cares about those unique looking people! App is trash. Poorly written and with bad English references. Not worth looking at all the duplicative and old content and DEFINITELY not worth paying a monthly fee!

You always clould follow Justin on social media to know more about the method and how to apply to yourself. The APP content is new and fresh. And we are always adding more content. The workouts are weird, the instructor is SO WEIRD and the app is trash. Very poor English and repeat workouts. Not worth it.

Not worth the money

Workout quality has gone very downhill. I suggest p volve which is a lot cheaper and has hundreds more videos, which are uploaded on a regular basis.

Amazing, Empowering App and Method!

There is no method like Justin’s, and no trainer that even compares. Anyone can put a “workout” together, but not anyone can empower, uplift, motivate and actually change mind, body and spirit. And that is what Justin does. I have been following Justin’s work for 10 years, and nothing else has ever had such an effect on my well-being and physique. I would get compliments on my shape within weeks of doing his workout routines, and I even avoided surgery after a back injury by following his protocol. After 10 years of searching online for any videos or articles I could find and piecing his method together on my own, I am so grateful to Justin for bringing it to the world through this app! I had the privilege of joining the first live workout last week, and not only was it physically challenging, but mentally and emotionally empowering. I have never felt special after a workout, but that is how Justin will make you feel.
