Function of APP Menu: •Repair: View repair case list and filter by desired conditions. •Calendar: View repair case calendar by day, week or by month. •Maintenance: View maintenance case list. •Web Links : Link to other troubleshooting sources. •Synchronize : Synchronize repair notes to CRM. •Logout: Signoff current account Features descriptions: •Technician can view the repair case calendar (Day, Week & Month). •Technician can view the route to customer location using Google Maps. •The APP can record the mileage and moving time for each customer visit. •Quickly add machines not listed in repair case while onsite. •Issue a quotation to the customer. •Technician can maintain the case record with repair notes and parts replaced. •Capture customer signature after work has been completed. •Technician can link to third party web sites for additional troubleshooting support.
