Pin challenges need to be fixed!
I love the format of these puzzles puzzles in this game, so much so I bought the “ad free” version. But the constant “re roll” that leads to nowhere and no pin despite watching the countless ads before the app just gives up and leaves you with no reward, which also happens if you try to buy a pin, is really sucking all the enjoyment I once had for this app away. You all should fix this issue and do better for your players!

Ads will not close up
I have used this app for many years. Lately in between puzzles, or in the middle of a puzzle, and add pops up. It is impossible to get it to close. I have to close the game Usually for King Ralph. It sits there and will not move. I need to refresh my computer in order to get it to go away. I have one ad sitting here now for Game of Thrones for five minutes. I can’t play the game. Good luck if you try to use this game.

Keep it as it is.
Good variety but Too American
This has a good variety of puzzles and how you can complete the puzzles: number of pieces and whether you want the pieces to rotate or not. You also use you own photos as puzzles. But I get really tired of the number of puzzle packs that plaster the American flag everywhere. Read the room, people! This app reaches outside your borders and many of us like puzzles to forget world problems.

Putting ads in the middle of the puzzle is a dealbreaker. I am now deleting your app.
Favorite
This is my go to for mental bre aks. I love the free daily puzzle there's always a good variety. Other puzzles are reasonably priced and the sales are always good. The Christmas bunch was fun and I liked opening a new one each day. It is easy to use on my I-pad.

What Happened to a formerly great app?
I used to love playing this and checking out the free daily puzzle. It’s been great for years … until now. Now it makes you watch an ad to start playing (whatever) but then it shows an ad for EVERY 10% of the puzzle you complete. It’s so annoying that I’m leaving this review and then deleting this app. Sad to see a good thing ruined by greed.

Have used the app for years and enjoyed it. Now there are endless ads - 4 ads just to complete one puzzle! More frustrating than relaxing.

Used to be able to complete puzzles without ads interrupting my progress. Now I have to watch 4 ads just to complete a 64 piece puzzle. What happened to watch an ad to play, but not in the middle of completing a puzzle? I used to play daily, but because the number of ads to complete a puzzle are so frustrating, I stopped playing. No longer relaxing or worth my time.

Upgrade got this back to great.
The best thing about this app is that the jigsaw pieces look and feel like real puzzle pieces. You can adjust the table size and appearance, use no sorting trays up to four sorting trays, and personalize a host of other features. The free daily puzzle, free puzzle packs, and free coins mean that you do not need to pay anything to have access to more than enough puzzles. I wish they would drop the superfluous games and extras, but they are easy to ignore, and you get free puzzles and coins if you play. It has ads but they are also easy to ignore.

Ads every 30 seconds
The first three puzzles were great. But suddenly by the fourth puzzle, it was interrupted every 30 seconds with ads that played loudly and silence anything you are listening to. Too annoying. Deleting it.
Could be better…
ITS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!! I think it hates me coz i tried to do a puzzle but it just crashed on me… although when i first got it i liked a lot, it’s still good for long road trips!

There are a lot of good pictures in the free puzzles. This is my first puzzle game. I didn’t expect the vast majority of puzzles to cost money. I’m sure all puzzle games must do that. My only problem- I refuse to play any game that interrupts the game play for advertisements. My puzzle was interrupted 3 times for advertisements, before all the edges were done. In all 7 interruptions in that one puzzle! I was so mad I just deleted the game.

Bro. I’ve gone through my puzzle obsession in spurts over the years and this has been my go-to app the entire time. I just started back up and now you’re running ads? I was annoyed with the first initial ad but whatever. Make your money, boo boo. BUT now I’m getting ads with every so much of the puzzle completed?! Man, miss me with that mess. Sucks that y’all suck now. Now I gotta find a new puzzle app. I could deal with y’all’s numerous glitches but the endless ads is where you lose me.

Be careful!
Being disabled, puzzles are great for passing time. That is until the puzzle becomes a virus and takes control of my iPad. Why do people have to ruin apps just to disrupt others quiet time? After a day of medical treatments and tests, I could relax and recover, but now I can’t break free of the virus so nothing works.
