Support is messed up

(1) I deleted puzzles yesterday and today they came back. This has been happening for a fee months. (2) I just reported this and you made me check my email and when I came back my report was erased. Twice. (3) I love this app but the quality of the images has gone down in the last year.

The ads on this are diabolical. So many clicks to get out of them and the content of one of the games being advertised is so inappropriate.

Loved the puzzles and the challenges but the ads just were to much so deleted the game you put one puzzle price in and have to watch ads not for me don’t mind a few ads but it got ridiculous
