Why fix what wasn’t broken?
Loved this game, but they just got rid of piece rotation. Now I’m looking for another jigsaw puzzle game to replace this one. :(
Prior version so much better
I cannot rotate the pieces anymore. They just are one way. That is not how puzzles work. Also, now you cannot use the sides to lay out pieces. There is no way to put similar pieces in a group. The whole point in doing puzzles is to group, turn pieces, try to solve. You ave taken away the dynamic of puzzles. Please fix this. Otherwise what is the point of this app?

Doesn’t work anymore
I used to love this app. I even paid a fee to avoid ads. Now the puzzle pieces don’t turn so it’s impossible to complete a puzzle because you can’t place any pieces. According to the developers this was a planned change, remove the ability to rotate a piece. Not sure how anyone can complete a puzzle if you can’t fit in the pieces into place.

Bring back piece rotation
This game has lost much of its appeal for me since the piece rotation feature was removed. The puzzles now feel too easy and lack the challenge they once had. I’m not sure why this was taken away, especially since it was a toggle setting that players could simply turn off or on as needed. Also I didn’t see any communication about this being removed so spent a lot of time searching around trying to readable which was frustrating.

Used to be good
I’ve had this app for about 5 years now and even paid for the premium but they have removed the option to complete the puzzles in zoomed in sections meaning that the app is unusable for people like me with horrible eyesight even with my glasses. I contacted support for this and was only given brief, sarcastic and unhelpful replies before they ended the conversation without giving me a real answer and I am unable to ask any follow up questions. Such a shame they treat their long standing users this way.

Ads!!!
I love the puzzles but deleted the app because the ads were out of control. I would pay to remove them but that’s not an option.

What is with all the ads? I love the game, the puzzles are so fun but the ads are out of control. I can’t even get three puzzle pieces together before an ad pops up. It makes me not even want to play the game anymore. I’m not exaggerating either. There is an ad every minute and a half. Someone please fix this.

Beware of the change!
This used to be a fantastic puzzle game. Up to 400 pieces, but you used to be able to select the option for rotating pieces. This made it much more challenging, and obviously is much like a physical puzzle. HOWEVER, the Decision Makers at EasyBrain have removed this option. It therefore has been dumbed down, and is now merely a sorting game.
I’m quite sad about it, actually, especially as I paid for the puzzle as it was.

Not happy with the update
Can we have the option of setting the puzzles the way we liked it was more of a challenge prior to the recent update. Definitely not happy with new forced settings. Please can you reset the game back to what I originally downloaded.

If you want to relax and play a puzzle do not get this app. there’s adds every 3 minutes. I have to sit through about 10 ads to complete a puzzle
Loved this game but something changed…
I am big big fan of this game or I used to be. I LOVED this app. I was on it every day and I had hundreds of puzzles finished on it. I pay for the ad free version and let me tell you it was worth it.
A couple weeks ago I was in the middle of solving this puzzle when I noticed that the pieces don’t rotate anymore. They are fixed pieces. I hate this. I love being able to rotate them and solving them myself. So I tried every solution I can think of to fix it. Eventually I figured the app is glitched. I deleted it and re-downloaded it.
TELL ME WHY the whole app looks different now. Now in the “Main” screen I only see these numbered puzzles with set pieces. I no longer see any coins or earn any coins from doing these puzzles. I can no longer see any of my collections, past finished pieces, or previous purchased puzzle pieces. The pieces on the puzzles I can complete are STILL not rotating. Now I regret deleting my old app. It was broken but at least it had all my progress. My disappointment is immeasurable.
If there is a way to fix this, please let me know.

Bring Back Sections
Played these puzzles for Years! Suddenly you’ve changed the format from solving sections at a time to doing the entire puzzle at once. Which means the puzzle pieces on the board are Considerably SMALLER! Way too small to be able to see them well enough to play the game! Couldn’t you give the option of playing either way? Please consider this, i hate to delete this game that I’ve so enjoyed all these years. Thank you

super unhappy to see the development of this game take away its piece rotation feature that has been part of this app for years, and mess up the tactile-visual coordination of individual pieces in the process.

New changes to white space are awful.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
This was my favorite puzzle app. The changes to the white space no longer make this fun. I loved being able to organize my pieces in the white space and also enlarge the puzzle so I could see details. Sadly I will have to look for a new puzzle app to work with.

I have played this game for years, and I love it. However, the recent changes make it much less enjoyable to complete puzzles. I miss having the ability to break the puzzle into sections to complete and being able to rotate pieces. Both of those elements helped me stay focused on the puzzle, but also allowed me to complete them without having to zoom and move the board around as much. I’ve seen a lot of other reviews asking to revert these changes, so just adding in my thoughts too. I really miss the old version, and I’ll probably look for another version to play on in the meantime. It would be great if we could have both options to play on the new version or revert to the old model.

Disappointed
Disappointed that the rotate option is no longer available since the update. Sadly, this will no longer be my go to app. Hoping it’ll be put back in—especially since it was optional anyway.

I love this app and it’s my go to down time activity. However, the recent changes that don’t allow me to rotate the pieces make the game less challenging. Please go back to the old mechanics.

This is a good game for kids I believe kids should be at least on it for 10 - 15 min and gives kids challenges just like life

I purchased this app years ago and I’ve always loved it. I have always given it a five star review. However, when you updated and decided to take the large cheese and puzzles and put them into one giant screen instead of the divided ones I no longer like this game. Apparently you thought this was an improvement – I wonder how many of your users disagree.
