Why does the puzzle suddenly go back to start it over when Iโve almost finished it. It only happens once in awhile but is very annoying. I love the puzzles

Frustrated
Happy with the vast variety of puzzles but frustrated when app crashes whilst doing a puzzle. Progress is not always saved automatically. Please fix the glitches. I hope this message finds you as my emails are not going through. Also ads are not necessary and annoying.
