Sorting tray broken
I’ve always like this app, but some update a while back (app or iPadOS, don’t know) broke the sorting tray. If I drag a piece to it, it drops through the tray and onto the workspace underneath. Has anyone else noticed this? If so, why hasn’t been fixed. If it’s just me, what should I do?
Issue Resolved Best Jigsaw Game Available
I could not figure out how to delete a previous review I made, so I’m writing another. The big glitch was fixed once I was able to get in touch with app support. I love this game. I think it is by far the best jigsaw app out there. I have played it for years. All of my games and coins have been restored.

Lost everything but Jigsaw World restored it.
I have been using this app for several years. I started on my desktop, then switched to laptop, and now I am using this on my iPad. I’ve never had to login when playing because all purchases and puzzles automatically saved on my iPad and I could continue where I left off. Then all of a sudden logging into the game using Facebook or apple was required. I selected apple and ALL of my progress was immediately lost. Instead of the system combining my current profile on my iPad to my Apple login, it was deleted, and created me a new profile. I contacted Jigsaw World and they found my previous profile from Facebook and they transferred my Facebook profile to my new Apple profile. Now I have all of my puzzles.

Hi peaktoni, if you were playing on both a computer and an iPad previously, this means you were already playing linked with Facebook before (as Facebook was the only login option on computers prior to this update) - if you log back in with Facebook you should see all your progress. If you have any trouble with this at all, or wish to move your progress to Apple instead of Facebook, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team using the Contact Us option in the game and they will do their best to assist.
Giving up this app
This was one of my favorite games, but now that I have to link it to Facebook, I’m not going to play anymore. It was fine the way it was, why does it have to be linked to anything?
Love jigsaws
Love this, but! I has almost 200 jigsaws and about 1600 coins and they just disappeared so I’ve had to start all over again

I don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t have this app. Love all the puzzles. I’m a handicap person, so this is my go to.
Lost all progress
Updated, it forced me to make account or continue as guest. Guess I should have continued as guest because all my progress is gone! After several years, I’m back to square one. How disappointing.

Problem with jigsaw world.
Your Jigsaw world has taken all my puzzles and all my money. You have left me with just a few already used puzzles.

Fun to play
Game starts over. Log on yesterday and everything I bought and did is gone. Gonna delete. ( love playing this game but can’t afford to start over) really upsetting

My iPad has updated and I’ve lost all the completed puzzles and lost all the coins
Update erase all of my puzzles and coins
Your most recent update erased everything from my account, and reset it to the original system. Not happy!! It will be awhile before I download this app again.

Jigsaw world
I’ve had this for a few years now and loved it, until the last few months. First it would stick for a few seconds, so I emailed about it, got a reply saying they knew there was a problem and trying to fix it. Since Christmas I’ve hardly been able to play it as it’s now constantly sticking and when eventually you can move a piece the click has jumped about 20/30 seconds and now it seems completely stuck. I’ve again emailed on numerous occasions but alas no reply, so hopefully someone will read this and fix it please. I’ve rated it 1 star because of the lack of communication from anyone

Many choices
I’ve had this app for many years when you had to buy books of puzzles. Now there are more choices from easy to hard giving you a pick whether you want a challenge or just a quick game. I’ve had no issues with crashing or anything else. My one suggestion is the option to do just the edges without the other pieces visible and then you could use them next. Recommended

Need to fix to background
I love this but it needs the completed pieces to be locked to the background so you’re not chasing it around the screen all the time. Other than that it’s great 😊 will upgrade to 5 stars if the puzzle can be locked into the background 👍🏼
Awesome game, needs a few tweaks
I have been playing this puzzle app for a few years now and I really love it. It is the only jigsaw puzzle app that has puzzles that are over 1,000 pieces. It would be so much better if they had better rewards for its paying customers, like increasing the coin rewards earned when completed the puzzle, right now they are so minimal that it never makes an impact on your coin cache. Also a few more options for its players, like choosing a puzzle they like and supersize it by paying for it with the coins we earn or purchase. Adding more puzzle packs with larger amount of puzzle pieces that are 500 to 800 pieces. These additions to the game would make it so much better than a 5 star..

I really enjoy doing the jigsaws on Jigsaw World, there’s a good choice at different levels. They have also been very helpful in the past with resolving any problems
Using My iPad Jigsaw World I have worked active for 5 years or so. I accidentally deleted the APP.
