purchased the premium package for 60,000, and after making the payment, I was told it would reflect within 24 hours. It has now been almost a week, and there has been no update. Messages go unanswered, and there is no option to call for support. I find this experience unprofessional, especially as the team works in a group and should be aware of ongoing issues. I hope they improve their communication and service.

Its a scam. They reject car ads saying it is prohibited even though they have a full category for Cars, and multiple similar postings. There message centre does not respond

Jiji management are out of touch. Scammers working under the guise of ‘brokers’ thrive on this platform.
Bonified sellers (in my case as the owner of a ski boat) boost their adverts only to see such scammers advertising the same item.
That may call you as a potential buyer, ask for photos and information and use these to post their own advert at inflated prices.
This undermining the bonified advert posted and boosted by the owner.
Complaining to jiji management is like talking to a brick wall.
Shame on you Jiji. Get your act together

Seen lots of improvement. An annoying bug is that when I click a popup window asking me to turn on notifications, it comes back again after the app restarts
Put ways of someone to pay you online like Paypal or using visa and MasterCard
