Absolutely terrible app
The search function is useless. You can search for something that is clearly available on Jumia and still not find it. The delivery is also ridiculously slow — sometimes you wait more than 10 days and still don’t receive your order.
And the customer service is a joke. They don’t reply, and you can’t even start a new chat if the previous conversation hasn’t been closed. So if they ignore you, you’re basically stuck.
