USELESS AND UNUSABLE.
1. Connectivity continuously drops out and is slow.
2. It does not save when the connectivity drops out.
3. The new version you cannot edit anything old, it just won’t save.
4. Lost the ability to do quotes for a period of 6months - zero tech support from Happen, no resolution, no work around.
5. Spelling mistakes - cuts words in half on invoice/ delivery dockets which makes it look like as a business you cannot spell.
6. Will not allow you to select all in notes function as it won’t scroll to the bottom of the page.
7. Happen will not provide a shred of support or solution so basically when purchasing this app you are buying something absolutely and unusable and you will need to purchase other apps to make up for the dumpster fire that is Jim2v2. If I could give a big fat zero to rate Jim2v2 I would! And i would rate Happen as a minus 5 stars - useless doesn’t even begin to describe it.

POD for multiple jobs when delivering
Is it possible when performing daily deliveries to scan or select multiple jobs and capture 1 signature and name as a POD on all those documents?
In our business we may deliver anywhere from 1-20 different jobs that require a POD and getting each document signed and too time consuming.
