I already submitted to the auto update plan while it also remove ad for me, however, there is another subscription plan to remove ad misleading me to click, that mean I pay for noting added!

I am sure if I had a better understanding of how to correctly use this app, I would probably find it helpful, but it makes little to no sense to me.

The app cannot block calls
The app cannot block calls now; it only shows who is calling, but the call still goes through, which is very annoying! If it cannot block calls, the app is useless. Please follow up

I’ve been using this application for a few years, I don’t mind there’s advertisement, because it works. There are lots of scams and fake calling that annoying my family and I. I currently start subscribe for eight dollars a month, hoping that would be able to support this application.
Database size is shrinking
Each time when it is updated, the database size shows a smaller number. I have seen it went up to over 90k+ but now it goes back to 65k and deducting each time. Does this mean it is blocking less and less numbers, and why?
Auto update
Auto update failed even ‘AUTO BACKGROUND UPDATE’ is enabled. Any other settings required?
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work, never recognise any junk call, removed and reinstall doesn’t help, restart phone doesn’t help. Not even a single phone number in Phone app is recognised.
Too frequent updates
I have to open the app to download the updates every time to re-enable the call blocks. This is very annoying and it means there is no call block function unless I keep updating it everyday. It’s meaningless to use this app unless I paid for vip.
Delete this app
Keep on update the data, but totally not working at all so many junk call! And the advertisement videos are quite annoying when updating the data, I seem helping this app developer learning lot of ad $$$. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Used to be great for Hong Kong
Does not block anymore. Only shows CallerID. Newsfeed updates in the app just mentions old versions of iOS. Feels like it might not be maintained much anymore.
Blacklist button
Keeps on loading and unable to identify the button is on or off. Keeps on receiving spam calls which other people have reported in other apps. There is no notification for long time that has update on database. I have o update manually every time I received a spam call. Please fix the issue urgently.
