I really wanted to like this and was excited to get this for Christmas. My wife got it because of good reviews on Amazon. But after downloading the app and doing the login, bluetooth would never connect to my phone making it an overly expensive and small mug. Gave up and returning to Amazon.

Frustrating

When I received this cup, I was finally able to pair it to my phone. It’s been 3 months and still cannot get it to connect to WiFi. There is an update, but can only be done if cup is connected to WiFi. Catch 22

Mug worked for 1 month

I really enjoyed it, until it stopped working after 1 month. The control button on the handle turned RED and stopped functioning.
