I had no problem with pairing it to my phone. The reason I gave it only four stars is because I had a problem, setting it up and finding out what I needed to do. At hand and destruction manual in it would’ve made it very simple.
Stop working after a 7days
Purchased this mug on Amazon for my husband. It worked for 7 days and went totally dead. Tried to upload the app and it looked as if it was a virus on my phone. The app started blinking continuously. Very disappointing. Now I have to return it.
A big disappointment
I set the app for 150°, and it automatically drops to 143°. The mug itself started vibrating on its own, and the temperature lights on the mug were flashing. I turned the mug off and turned it back on. That stopped it for a while, but it came back. I am returning this item.
Firmware issues
Cup stops working after firmware update. Heat turns off on its own. Even though update said it fixes this problem.
