Now not allowing to login
It was working for someone but from one week it’s not allowing to login and showing error : unable to process your request
Unable to Login to Jio Business Mobile App
Dear Jio Business Support Team,
I am unable to log in to the Jio Business mobile app using my credentials. However, the same credentials work perfectly when logging into the Jio Business portal via a web browser.
Kindly look into this issue and assist in resolving it at the earliest.

App not working
App support lands no where. And jio website shows sorry, page not found. app says Application is not available.
Possible reasons you are seeing this page:
The host doesn't exist. Make sure the hostname was typed correctly and that a route matching this hostname exists.
The host exists, but doesn't have a matching path. Check if the URL path was typed correctly and that the route was created using the desired path.
Route and path matches, but all pods are down. Make sure that the resources exposed by this route (pods, services, deployment configs, etc) have at least one pod running.

App Not Responding
Internet disconnected, tried to raise ticket through app, when opened the app, it spies nothing but the blank screen..
Even the app support page shows "Page Not Found"

I am seeing a long pending critical issue of unable to login. Looks like Jio team is not bothered or abandoned this software.
Even I am facing same issue.
It just says invalid password. (Same password works on their enterprise portal)
It also does not allow entering email instead of user id, which is support by portal.
Bad system architecture, having multiple authentication systems.

Login not allowed
I am using jio enterprise since almost 2 year via website. I tried to login into this application but it’s showing id and password doesn’t match even with the same credentials I am able to login into web app.

Not able to login
I have upgraded the app to version 1.09 and lunched the new app but it is still asking me to upgrade the app and its in continuously occurring. That upgrade popup not letting me loging to the app any more.
