Good app and conference app doesn’t use too much data and pretty stable.
But there is now a bug in the app. If you schedule a meeting from the app, there is a bug now that the scheduled meeting doesn’t appear on the app. It works on the web version.
Noise suppression is also not working too well again and the app picks up background noise.
I tried submitting feedback on the app but it takes you to a form requiring only an India number (but I am based overseas) so don’t have a 91 country code. It then also doesnt seem to validate the captcha properly so nothing can be submitted. A waste of time there.

App is ok could use some work can’t add contact from phone when u search it said no contact found and the option to add don’t work as well as it load slow wen in meeting could really use an update on few things

Launching is irksome, frustrating and unpredictable!
A very useful communication app. Once (and if) it manages to launch, it works smoothly for the rest of the session. But, launching remains the nagging issue. Its launching is irksome, frustrating and unpredictable. Most of the time it takes aeon minutes to launch. That kills the tempo. I use it primarily to teach maths, science and a few other subjects online. I use iPad 6. The iPad OS updated, and JioMeet are always updated to the latest versions. And, yet, the nag continues. Developers, kindly address this issue.

Free yet best video conferencing solution out there
JioMeet has been a good video conferencing app. Audio and video quality has improved a lot in past few months. UI is very responsive now and it gives pleasant user experience. Overall app stabilty is good and I would recommend it to everyone as it is completely compared to other video conferencing apps out there.

Unsure if app is a scam or intended to be this bad
On the outset this looks like a great app and I’m in for trying any online collaboration tool available in this day and age BUT: - the app itself uses a time zone different than the phone uses which results in a meeting time well before the intended meeting has been set for. The time zone cannot be change through the app settings or online; - apparently nobody noticed this as there are more FAQs on how to change the profile picture than how to solve technical issues and for this time issue there is no mention. This is a bit of a red flag for me; - the “contact us” ‘button’ in the online ‘Help’ section refers to an empty blog rather than actual contact details. A bit of a bigger red flag to me; - last…no presence on social medial like Facebook or Instagram where they can be reached for assistance is definitely a res flag. Considering all this I’m starting to believer that this app might have ulterior reasons to exist, some of which might be personal data. New red flag discovered: app asks for access to phone contacts and after access is given no contacts show up in the app when trying to invite someone for a meeting. This was another big red flag to me that there might be something very wrong going on behind this app.

I like the app in total. However, there are two feature which might improve the app.
First is ,when on a video call with many members , only 4 to 5 members are shown on the screen. The other members who also have their camera on ,are not shown and there is no feature from which we can see them apart from those who are already displayed. please improve this feature.
Second is there is a slight delay in the video call of about 2 to 3 seconds .
Do consider and improve the app.

Need a Web version
The platform has good features. There are a few bugs to be fixed for sure. It doesn’t work on Honor phones. And when we do a screen share, voice stops. However, we have been using it every week and it’s quite easy to login and good number of participants can join as well. We would love to see the product keep growing
