Some issues
This app is generally fine, but it won’t work for transactions with multiple payment methods. I have a gift card loaded on the app (threw the physical card away) and I can’t use the remaining balance with another payment method.
App Broken
I can no longer use the app after the UI overhaul update. Everything loads slowly, errors out and straight up won’t even load.
Display is too large for my phone screen
The buttons necessary to use the app are outside of the screen because the app appears to be functioning as if it’s zoomed in. I don’t have access to different tabs under the loyalty section because those features are off the screen compared to my friends phone which displays it normally. Don’t know who coded this app but they should go back and try again.

Rewards program available in store, but not in app
We frequent Jittery’s often and often use the app to order ahead. Apparently we still accrue points, but only redeemable at the Square register. Would love it if we could redeem rewards in app!
Farewell rewards
An employee took our well-worn punch card and said our points would be added to the app. No cigar. There’s also no evident way to redeem in-store purchases via the app. Hopefully that’s added. Still our go-to coffee shop but the app has a long way to go from a UI/UX standpoint. I’m sure it’ll get there!
