Can’t connect to app
This is the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Can’t even create a user account before the app crashes. Going in the trash

I have not been able to login for months now. I even set up a new account with a new password and it continues to say “user not found” but when I try to register with that email again, it says email in use. This app never works even when you do get in! I was able to connect to the camera once and never again.

Terrible website!!
I have tried every way I can to get into this app to set up bird feeder and cannot!! Logon successful and then goes straight to user does not exist!! Even tried different email address and get the same thing over and over!!! This was a gift and sure would love to use it!! Tried password reset!! Do not waste your time with this one!

No connections
I can not connect these cameras to my WiFi. They require 2.8 gb. My modem is 5.2gb. Buyer beware!
Worthless Device
I highly recommend returning this ASAP. I have never successfully been able to connect my birdfeeder camera to my network. Everything is such low quality. I’ve missed my return window and I’m stuck with a device. I will most likely just throw in the trash. We bought a high-end AI bird camera and it connected on the first try. I’ve tried connecting 25 times with this junk. No success.
