Movers were great!
Moving my 88 yo mother 1700 miles was a daunting task but JK Moving services have been great to work with. The movers did a fantastic job protecting her things and were very efficient. However, the app is horrible! It rarely works and it never seems to get fixed. The app was one thing that led me to this company so I could track my mother’s move but never being able to see where her things are is beyond frustrating. I sure hope they get a permanent fix for this and soon!

Great company and service, faulty app
I had a great experience with JK Moving Services. Very professional company and movers. My interstate move with them was great. Only thing is the app, it worked as intended until the day I had to pay. Very frustrating that it kept on crashing and I couldn’t pay or use the app since then, bot even to look my info or leave a positive review. Long story short I had to pay for my move on the phone. For how important is this app is for the moving process, it needs to be updated to prevent these crashes.

Top notch and feature filled
Moved with JK. Able to make payments, connect with sales rep, coordinator and driver all through the app. Updates and push notifications were timely and accurate. Tracked my move. All paperwork for the move is neatly stored and accessible in the app. Nicely done JK!!
