Poor Customer Service
The app continues to not allow me to login and customer service has not resolved the issue after multiple attempts.
Doesn’t work
This app will not work. I moved into a JBG apartment months ago and whenever I try to create an account it says “service error”. What’s the issue with it? Can this be fixed?
Bug that won’t let me finish walkthrough
This app erased my walkthrough information when the due date changed and then when I filled it out a second time again was unable to submit my walkthrough. It just takes me back to the home page. This is incredibly frustrating.
Broken app
This app constantly signs you out, and recently I cannot log in. It says that my sign in was not authorized and asks me to reset my password. I troubleshot and signed in with the exact same login information on the computer instantly. This app is currently useless.
Nothing but bugs
Constantly glitching, shows I have multiple unread notifcations no matter what I do, can’t register visitors for only certain times
