The App isn't working

I downloaded the app and was excited to use it. After multiple attempts, I finally gave up. There's an introductory video for onboarding new users, and the video keeps playing and playing.

Buggy

Took me 30 minutes to create an account via phone due to mandatory (ridiculous) “How did you hear about us?”, which should NOT be mandatory. Drop down does not work!!
