I’ve been using this app for over two years, it’s very user friendly and super easy to navigate. I’ve also noticed upgrades since I’ve started using it.
Easy and Convienent
I love PAM. They truly make life so much easier. The app is so simple and easy to use.
Don’t rely on them
They time they should pick up a package for me and even “completed” the order. Turns out they never picked it up and I had to pay a stale package fee
Privacy violations
Not worth the price either with much cheaper alternatives. Especially given the poor service in general. Also take photographs of your home.
Doesn’t work
I put in a request and entered my credit card info but then they told me they had no record of my request. I was charged for stale package fees from my building because of it.

Please Assist Me is Trash
The team never completes a tasks when needed. There is always an excuse for why they couldn’t meet the deadline. What’s the point of signing up and scheduling if your team can not deliver. Waste of time.
