Settings Keep Resetting
These stupid earbuds keep having pairing issues. They will already be registered on my device then randomly say "Ready to Pair". I am then forced to forget the device then re-pair them. Then when I check the app ALL MY SETTINGS ARE RESET. Your software is GARBAGE.
Doesn’t connect to my GO air pops…
Basically what the title says. Doesn’t pair to my JLab earbuds. The earbuds work just fine but the app doesn’t find them. Useless app.

Have the Lux with ANC. With the EQ, there are 10 things that have percentages by them but it doesn’t say what the percentages are for. Base mid treble and whatever the other seven are. Would be really nice if that was fixed. And when you click to change the music mode, it stays on movie mode. It was on 3-D mode once. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve thought maybe the Lux with ANC only supports that mode.

Good but could be better
I currently use the JLab Lux ANC I can just say besides the bugs with connection here and there— it works well!
It would be better if the app would keep the custom sound control option to be saved even if the JLab disconnects. Like how bass booted (E1, E2, E3) are saved options. It would make everything more convenient instead of having to take a screenshot and push each button to match the audio quality it was fore’ reset. Plus, fixing that will match this app onto the functions to other audio apps (like Sony).

Very easy to use, great for controls and EQ and the ambient sounds is a good addition.
Custom EQ adjustments
On your next update of the app when I hit reset for custom EQ, does that set it to flat? And can you add plus and minus decibels so I know how much I’m putting it up and down thank you

Does not remember devices
Ever since the last update, it doesn't remember any of my devices. I have to add them again every time I launch the app.
Latest update is rubbish
The new update to the JBud ANC doesn’t stay connected anymore. You have to pair each time. Time to find a replacement

Devices say “connecting” & then hit a timeout limit. No amount of troubleshooting fixes this.

Bad software ruined my new speaker
Brand new speaker out of the box. I connected it to much iPhone and it worked fine. I saw the QR code on the instructions manual and downloaded the app which suggested a firmware upgrade. It went into labsynch mode and now I have no sound and it’s impossible to take it out of synch mode even after I pressed the power button 5 times.

If you can’t connect, read this!
For those who can’t connect their JLab device to this app, make sure you go to the JLab settings in the Settings app! Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. By default, it’s turned off! I tried for hours resetting and unpairing, and even contacted support.

Ambient Sounds Non-Functional
App claims you can play ambient sounds even with the phone locked, but every time I lock my phone the ambient sounds stop. Same if I swipe out of the app. PLS FIX THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I USE THE APP
