Looks good and easy to use but nobody responds

Im using this for 2 cases.
Only one case is linked.
It was easy to set up and verify ID etc but they don’t seem to have anyone actually communicating on it.
I’ve tried to chat multiple times and also chase but no reply. So basically it’s pretty pointless from my experience.

App

I cannot even get the email to verify my account tried dozens of time on different things no go.

Why bother ?

A poor app that takes longer to install than use after which it’s back to email with JMW. Don’t forget the bit in messages where they say we’ll ignore any messages you send after this point.

Great service

I have recently completed a sale and purchase with JMW. The service and level of professionalism was first rate. The App was a great addition to be able to keep up to date with my transaction throughout and I have never had this ability with other solicitors I have engaged.

Excellent service

Really like the app. Much more convenient than previous experiences with other leading solicitors.

Worst experience of my life

JMW have consistently let me down. Took 9 months to move house because they only work on your case if you pester them incessantly.

Failed to follow up on a fairly obvious enquiry which means I have now incurred a substantial financial loss. The worst part being I asked them to investigate this issue and they failed to do so.

They paid an incorrect sum to the seller on completion day, thus jeopardising the purchase.

They only paid me half of the money I was due from the sale of my house. I had to complain before the other half was sent.

They failed to request a redemption statement for my mortgage in time, which meant my buyer was unable to complete on time, causing her significant financial loss, emotional distress and once again jeopardising the transaction.

Most recently they erroneously sent correspondence intended for somebody else to me.

Oh, and this app is terrible. Doesn’t upload documents, the conveyancers ignore your messages and the forms are unwieldy.
