Very limited functionality
If this app gives you all the information you need to ensure your properties are being well run, I’d suggest you’re not paying enough attention to them. The visible data is very limited and insufficient to provide any confidence that everything is being managed in a compliant manner. Arthur might be a great system for full day to day management of properties, but this isn’t anywhere near sufficient for owners who are using a third party Arthur enabled agent to manage them on their behalf.
