Good app for work & pay
I got good jobs quickly through Job&Talent. The app is simple to use, pay is on time, and induction training is clear. Support is helpful too. Good for warehouse work.
Problems with money/early pay
I’ve been working with shipbob thru job & talent, first they missed paying me for 10 hrs just missing, then it happened again, hours missing, then the early pay feature been giving me problems for weeks now , it’s not even in my app anymore. Im aggravated bcuz the help center has yet to get bak to me I’ve sent a dozen emails, & there no customer service number. Highly disappointing

Early Pay removed???
I just clocked outta my shift and noticed early pay is gone. Idk if this is a bug or intended but it needs to return as soon as possible. Removing without even notifying or giving out a warning is quite unprofessional and unacceptable. Please fix this.

The premium added is disappointing as its not the kind of premium that adds benefit, its the kind of product premium that remove existing quality of life and ask an absurd amount of money for it. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful project strategy.
