This App helps with lots of things for me. I love it really bad.
Early Pay removed???
I just clocked outta my shift and noticed early pay is gone. Idk if this is a bug or intended but it needs to return as soon as possible. Removing without even notifying or giving out a warning is quite unprofessional and unacceptable. Please fix this.

The premium added is disappointing as its not the kind of premium that adds benefit, its the kind of product premium that remove existing quality of life and ask an absurd amount of money for it. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful project strategy.

Just wasting time
They will call you for an interview and make you go through all the types of AI interview and then video call interview and call you for in person interview and say our system says you can’t work with us without giving any reason just to waste your time

I did an application for a job I completed all steps and verifications to work it said it was incomplete for days but said it was completed when I click the link I couldn't talk to none one at all call numbers and emails nothing it been a week and I was approved to move on to the hiring process but it's stop there

Absolutely ridiculous decision. Locking something as basic as previous shift history and estimated pay behind a £7.50 per month “Premium” subscription is nothing more than monetising information that workers should already have access to.
People use this app to earn a living. Being able to check what you’ve worked and roughly what you’re expecting to be paid isn’t a luxury feature—it’s an essential part of managing your finances, especially during a cost-of-living crisis.
Instead of improving the app, fixing bugs, or adding genuinely useful premium features, you’ve chosen to put core functionality behind a paywall. It feels like you’re charging workers just to access information about their own work.
This change comes across as greedy, out of touch, and completely anti-worker. If this is the direction the platform is taking, don’t be surprised if people start looking elsewhere for employment agencies that treat their workers with more respect.
I sincerely hope you reverse this decision, because it’s a terrible precedent to set.

Great at first, … when paid?!
The Apps provide a good channel of job finding. We log shift start and end daily to let employers know our work so as to get paid. However, since July2026, a premium plan is imposed. Once logged, we are not able to review them, not even the day before. We have to log them outside the apps if we need the numbers to compare the pay slip, that is compiled in next week. The hours: the shift offered, our shift logged, employer logged, early release to home, break deduction, they are present as one lump sum figure only. 🙂↕️

Job at ups not bad but the actual job &talent is crooked they constantly play with your pay and early pay they charge u a fee to use ur cash you worked that day they opt you in to they health insurance without your consent they constantly updating the app which makes it worse for early pay users they only care about numbers and cutting cost I’ve been there for 5-6 months and I’m like FHUCK

Terrible app & Management
I applied to a job on here that they keep reposting and I really wanted to work for but after clicking on the call CLARA button it stayed stagnant loading for hours it’s now been 2 days in the same position so first I texted the company and then got an automated text back they didn’t even r
read the message then I called all the numbers i could to reach someone and i didn reach one number only for them to tell me they aren’t apart of the branch so they can’t do anything he then said he’d send me the email of someone who can help me in which he never did then i went and found the emails myself to the company and sent them enquiries about the job and my cv which i was told to send on the email and heard nothing back if you want a job don’t use this company it’s a waste of time and they won’t help you at all

stupid new memborship
they added a new membership on the app which lets you past shift you've worked and a clocking diary history, but literally until a couple of days ago this was just a normal feature of the app. i dont understand why an app which whole point is to clock in and out for work needs be putting in such basic features and charging them for it.

So did the new update or bug fix take away the early pay feature? I’ve been using it and I went on it now after finishing a shift and that feature is completely gone

Absolutely diabolical and disgusting of them to even try and charge workers to see their shifts and how much money they’ve earned . £7.50 just to see how many hours you’ve worked . It’s literally exploitation! Honestly embarrassing as some agency workers need to see and keep record of their earnings and shifts and now they’re charging them to do it , as if they don’t have bills and mouths to feed.

Get rid of your “premium”
Old shift & workplaces shouldn’t be locked behind a pay wall, absolute joke, sort it out & get rid of of your “Premium features”

Cannot access instant pay and hours worked that I tracked I can no longer see this is really frustrating

Very useless app you can’t reset password the app a web page are completely different I don’t think the company even knows they have this app
Poor Utilization
The app is down so it is not logging hours, because of such, there is no access to early pay. It’s taking extremely long waiting for “bug fixes”. There needs to be a back up way to access these features via the mobile website
Jumped through all the hoops
I did all the things required to onboard and even downloaded this app. No joy. Can’t log into the app with the credentials I was given and provided via the website and the app. Need to schedule a drug test and there aren’t any dates available to finish the process and no one but an AI bot if you can get to it to answer any questions.
