Job Site Alerts allows you to create and manage lists of people on your job site so that Safety Administrators can send messages to the right people. You no longer have to manage lists of people that change all the time. Workers do not need to be employees - it works great with contractors and only takes a few minutes to set up so even someone there for a few hours is not wasting time. Users can send anonymous safety notices to Safety Admins allowing you to implement things like Stop Work Authority. Job Site Status information like whether or not a job site will be open or closed; shut downs due to weather; or heat index changes (helping you operationalize your Heat Illness Prevention Program) can be sent out quickly. Safety Admins can look at a list of who has seen their messages. Quick and easy. With our new Gate Manager, you can use QR Code Posters to allow worker to check in and out quickly and easily. JSA Sign In Sheets allow you to replace your pen and paper sign in sheets with QR code sign in, allowing you to track as many independent events as you like and store the list of signatures lone term.
