Charged me 4000rs labour for discounting inverter line from fridge socket and total cost including the equipments was 9278 just to change connection from inverter line

Unprofessional service – caused major damage and overcharged
I hired this plumber through Joboy to install a new motor, but the experience was a disaster. It was clear from the start that the technician lacked basic experience. Not only did he charge an exorbitant fee, but he also damaged the pipeline and the brand-new motor during the installation process. I am now left with a broken system and a huge bill. I expect a full refund and compensation for the damages caused. Avoid at all costs.

Had a great experience with Joboy! Booked a printer repair service and they sent a technician who fixed it in just 30 minutes. Super fast and efficient! Highly recommend for quick and reliable service.
Worst service given by plumber
I recently booked a plumbing service from Joboy, and the plumber Ratheesh P.G. attended the job. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. He was unable to repair even simple plumbing issues like our shower and water purifier tap, which are basic tasks. The work was left incomplete, and I expected better professionalism and skill from a service platform like Joboy. Hope they improve the quality of plumbers they assign and ensure proper follow-up for such cases.

This is the second bad experience with joboy service. They have very unprofessional local workers who simply looks to loot your money without proper solutions to your issues. Recently booked for a plumping work, the plumber checked and said i need to contact the service provider from which i purchased the tap and they only can change the tap spindle. Charged 299 Rs aswell for simply recommending this big advise. This is second time such issue, first time joboy refunded the amount. I dont need any refund this time, assign some good technicians. Customer service is also pathetic, contacted through chats abd whatspp and they said service people will call me. Its been 3 hours since no one contacted me. Also now the taps are leaked more after the plumber unscrewed the taps. Worst service. Go for urban company, much much better. Attached screenshots talks more.

I faced a disappointing experience with their service in the Cochin area. The technicians were unprofessional and lacked the necessary skills. Regrettably, my new fridge suffered complete damage due to their service. I suggest choosing a reputable and accountable branded service instead.
Fast and reliable app
I have been using joboy in Kochi and Delhi since last 3 years. Their customer care and the timely follow ups are really awesome. Pricing is comparatively less from local market and warranty makes it outstanding
Not Bad
The app. was developed in a good format, but the service providers are not consentrating with their work/enquirys. My personal experience, I have Pre-booked a plumber, on next day the plumber attend my enquiry and sort out my problem. The other day I have booked a alluminum fabrication work. The service provider also call me, but he hasn't attend my enquiry. The work was completed with the help of other service providers for very less labour coast.

Disappointed
I had asked for plumber who was decent one but he didn’t do the job correctly. I just wanted to fix my kitchen dripping tap for that he charged 300/- but the tap was still leaking. Waste of money.

Very bad service. I paid for cockroach and lizards. But even after one week cockroaches are still live and active at home

The plumbers came to my house and went to buy the items and came after 2.5 hrs with similar item but of different size.
They did some alterations and somehow finished the work in 3 hrs or so..
Charged me some 920 rs for a small pipe change.. feeling cheated..
