Great app. Does everything I need it to do. Keep these updates coming

The app regularly crashes and the user support is terrible. The cannot fix any problems and have zero contingencies. I highly suggest a different platform if you want jobs filled smoothly and timely.
Notifications
I do not receive notifications despite them being turned on
Notification and alert alerts not working
Notification and alerts are not working. Cannot selcet new alert tones. You try to change it and the app closes down on its own. No update available o fix this issue.
Same problem
Iβm having the same problem as the other review from 4 years ago. I deleted the app and downloaded it over 20 times without success. This is the first time that it has happened to me. Besides today, itβs been a great system. I wish that it would refresh faster, but itβs tolerable.
