Unprofessional company
I picked up a shift at a hotel as I thought it would be any cleaning or washing due to lack of job description details. As I arrived to the location, the app updated explaining that it would be lifting involved up to 50lbs. I was shocked but already accepted the position days prior. I was there about an hour until the employer told me I could leave early, then immediately got a call from people ready explaining that I’m excepting jobs that I am not able to do and that I will have to call before excepting a job position moving forward, as I tried explaining that the job description did not have details on what I will be doing. The woman at people ready called me a liar and threatened to deactivate my account during the phone call. I Wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

The app asks for personal information upon sign up first last name social security and number just for it to not send an actual code to the number i have it keeps redirecting me from already having a number linked to an account to not being able to log in to said account cuz i never got the verification code

You won’t know
Until they have all your info they won’t let you know if it’s available in your area or not. Then they don’t even let you access anything at all on the app if it’s not available in your area……..but they get all your valuable info score you find out if you let them. What a joke!

They lie about hours to get you to take the job. Dont have many jobs and its first come first serve. Dont offer skills to get certain jobs and dont even do background checks until you ask. Horrible temp agency

I accepted a job which I qualify for did all the requirements and still I’m denied because it’s a requirement recorded People Ready end of the system. I need more options for employment.

The lady that answers hangs up disrespectfully and there’s no jobs upcomin or the day of in the morning prolly like 1-2 jobs not a day tho & they swear everyone takes them but I’m up at 6am and still don’t see jobs
ui sucks
the interface is bare and there’s no desktop option. can’t change notification settings, payment options, or really any settings in the app. whoever put the ui together did a lazy/amateur job
What a joke
This place is nothing but a joke horrible place to work. They lowball all their employees and do not pay what they’re worth then they will fire you for the stupidest stuff. Do not work here and if you are a client and you provide jobs to them go somewhere else.
