It aims to provide novel and personalized online self-help resources to facilitate progressive improvement of your mental well-being and self-care skills. JCTH+ recommends different levels of interventions based on your mental health assessment results. The resources include online courses, relaxing exercises, interactive virtual companion and different events. To ensure the quality and effectiveness of our services, all exercises and courses were created under the supervision of clinical psychologists and are based on the latest clinical therapeutic protocols and psychological theories. Courses include “mindfulness-based training”, “rumination-focused cognitive behavioral training”, “transdiagnostic cognitive behavioral training”, “daily self-care”, “gratitude exercise”, and “cognitive behavorial training for insomnia”. These courses help you to reduce being led around by your emotions, discovering the reasons why emotional resistance leads to more suffering or why we are so unmotivated to do anything. 6) GUIDED SELF-HELP AND GROUP THERAPY Complement your self-help courses with our "Mindfulness Group Practice" and "Group Therapy." These supportive spaces empower you to apply emotional regulation techniques effectively and navigate life's challenges with greater resilience. 7) MENTAL HEALTH EXERCISES The platform houses more than 100 different exercises, including mindfulness, relaxation exercises, thought observation, mood diary and virtual planning exercises.
